1. Introduction
a. This In4MSME Privacy Policy, as amended from time to time, describes how In4MSME ("us/our/we") treats your personal information collected when you use
our products and services, and forms a binding agreement between yourself, as a In4MSME user, and us.
b. We treat your personal information with the utmost care and take your privacy very seriously. We will never share your personal information with any third party without your consent. Please note that we do not consider “personal information” to include information that is used to list or advertise your Business, Company and/or Services.
2. Acceptance of Privacy Notice
a. By registering for and using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and fully accept these terms and conditions as described in this Privacy Policy and expressly consent to the collection, processing, storage and sharing of certain personal information by us in the ordinary course of our business and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
3. When and what Information we collect
a. In order to provide you with services, we will require and collect certain personal information from you and may collect such further information from you through your use of our various services.
b. When you sign up for our services, you are creating an account that is associated with your email address.
c. We may collect the following information:
i. Name, Surname,
ii. Business Name and Registration Number
iii. Telephonic Contact Information & Email Address
iv. Business Operating Location
v. Services Provided by your Business
vi. Business Branding, e.g.: Logo.
vii. Business Financial Information, e.g.: Turnover and/or Cost of Services
4. Reason for gathering information
a. We use the information you provide us in the ordinary course of our business, in order to provide you with our services and improving the quality of our services.
b. We also use your information to positively identify you and to prevent unauthorized access to your In4MSME account.
c. We do not sell, trade, or rent to others the personally identifiable information we collect.
5. Accessing and updating your personal information
a. All your personal information which we collect and maintain can be viewed and/or edited by yourself at any given time.
b. Factual errors in your personal information can be corrected by sending an email to msme.directories@nipdb.com.
c. We may reject requests that are unreasonably repetitive, require disproportionate technical effort (for example, developing a new system or fundamentally changing an existing practice), risk the privacy of others, or would be extremely impractical (for instance, requests concerning information residing on backup systems).
d. We aim to maintain our services in a manner that protects information from accidental or malicious destruction. Because of this, after you delete information from our services, we may not immediately delete residual copies from our active servers and may not remove information from our backup systems.
6. Your Obligations
a. You are responsible to ensure that the information supplied by you is accurate.
b. You accordingly indemnify and hold harmless the Namibia Investment Promotion and Development Board against any loss or damage of whatsoever nature and arising from any cause howsoever in relation to the accuracy of the information provided by you.
7. Amendments and Changes
a. We reserve the right to, from time to time and in our sole and absolute discretion, amend, change or modify any part or the whole of this Privacy Policy without giving prior notice to you. We will however endeavor to notify you of material amendments hereto.
b. The date on which these terms and conditions were last amended appears at the bottom of this Privacy Policy.
c. If you do not agree to such amended terms and conditions of this Notice, your only remedy is to terminate your use of our services by giving us notice of such termination and by not making use of our services anymore.
d. If you do make use of our services after an amendment of this Privacy Policy, we assume that you have read, understood and agree to the amended terms and conditions and accordingly that such terms and conditions will become binding on you.
