As the Manager for MSME Capacity Building and Market Access I am guided by the overall NIPDB mandate which I believe is achievable through private and public smart partnership. My role is to coordinate the facilitation of the necessary training, coaching, mentoring and information towards the acceleration and scaling of Namibian MSME’s.
