I am honored to complete an internship at NIPDB. I had little awareness about MSME development in Namibia but working in the Ecosystem Optimization department has been an eye-opening experience that comes with real challenges that we tackle for the betterment of enterprises. My background is in natural resource management nevertheless I am responsible for data collection and entry and I am passionate about MSME development
